Can anyone join a practice plan?
Most patients can apply to join following an assessment. Any existing oral health concerns or outstanding treatment may need to be addressed before membership begins. All plans remain subject to suitability and applicable terms.
Are treatments such as fillings included?
The plans primarily cover the examinations, hygiene appointments and specific benefits listed under each option. Other treatments are not automatically included, although members receive 10% off selected treatments carried out by their treating dentist.
Does the 10% discount apply to every treatment?
No. The discount applies only to selected treatments carried out by your treating dentist. Specialist treatment and certain other services are excluded. We will confirm whether a discount applies before treatment begins.
Are X-rays included?
Only the appointments and benefits specifically listed within your chosen plan are included. Any necessary radiographs or additional investigations will be discussed with you separately.
Can I join after cosmetic or clear aligner treatment?
Yes. Our dedicated cosmetic and aligner maintenance plans are designed to support patients following treatment and help protect their results.
What happens if I need emergency dental treatment while away?
Your plan includes access to a UK and worldwide dental health assistance scheme. The assistance available depends on the circumstances and the scheme’s terms and conditions.
Are children included in the family plans?
Family plans cover two adults and children up to the age of 18. Eligible treatment for children carried out by the treating dentist receives a 50% discount from the private fee list, subject to the plan terms.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Plan changes and cancellations are handled in accordance with the applicable membership terms. Our team can explain these before you join.
