We aim to see you the same day where possible, during our opening hours. Includes assessment, X-rays, diagnosis and treatment to get you out of pain.

If you’re in dental pain, have swelling, a broken tooth, or a sudden dental problem, our priority is to relieve discomfort quickly and safely.
Your emergency appointment is focused on stabilising the problem, treating infection where possible, and helping you feel comfortable again — with a clear plan for any further treatment if needed.
Emergency appointments are available during our opening hours: Monday 8:30am–6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30am–8pm, Thursday and Friday 8:30am–6pm, and Saturday 9am–5pm (closed on Sundays). We aim to provide same-day or urgent appointments wherever possible.

✔ Experienced clinicians ✔ Modern digital diagnostics ✔ Same-day urgent appointments where possible ✔ Private, patient-focused care
Your emergency visit covers everything needed to assess and manage the immediate problem:
✔ Comprehensive emergency examination
✔ Digital X-rays (if required)
✔ Diagnosis and treatment planning
✔ Pain relief and stabilisation
✔ Temporary filling or repair (if appropriate)
✔ Emergency tooth extraction if needed
✔ Initial treatment to manage infection
✔ Prescription for antibiotics (if clinically required)
If the problem involves a deep infection, the first stage of treatment may include cleaning and disinfecting the tooth to control bacteria and relieve symptoms. There are no additional charges for treatment carried out during your emergency appointment within the scope above, including an extraction if that’s what’s needed to get you out of pain.
You may need urgent dental care if you have:
✔ Severe toothache or sensitivity
✔ Facial swelling or infection
✔ Broken, chipped or knocked-out tooth
✔ Lost filling, crown or bridge
✔ Pain when biting or chewing
✔ Bleeding or trauma to the mouth
If you’re unsure whether your situation is urgent, our team can advise you.
Emergency care focuses on resolving pain and stabilising the situation.
In some cases, further treatment may be required to fully restore the tooth, such as:
Root canal treatment
Crown or long-term restoration
Further care for complex extractions (such as certain wisdom teeth)
If additional treatment is needed, this will be discussed clearly with you, along with options and costs, before any further appointments are arranged.
